We would like to inform you that we have reviewed and updated the following documents, which form part of the Operative Agreement:
- Updated Deposits and Withdrawals Policy
The Policy has been amended to reflect the discontinuation of the Electronic Payment Methods, as the Company has ceased providing these services. All other sections have been reviewed and remain unchanged.
- New Costs and Charges Policy
The Company has adopted a dedicated Costs and Charges Policy which consolidates and clarifies all information related to fees, commissions, charges, taxes and payment arrangements associated with the financial instruments and investment/ancillary services provided to you.
Both documents are available on our website and through your Personal Area for your review.
The updated documents enter into effect as of December 22nd, 2025.
Please note that the amendments are of an administrative and procedural nature, introduced to enhance clarity and ensure consistency with recent internal reviews. As such, they do not materially affect your rights or obligations.
By continuing to use our products and services from the Effective Date onwards, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the updated documents.
