4-for-1 stock split of Arista Networks (NYSE: ANET)

Please be advised that a 4-for-1 stock split of Arista Networks (NYSE: ANET) is scheduled to take place at the end trading session on Tuesday, December 3, 2024. 

In light of the above, please delete any pending orders before the end of trading session on Tuesday, December 3, 2024. Any remaining pending orders will be subsequently closed by the Company prior to the market opening on Wednesday, December 4, 2024. All existing positions will be automatically adjusted after the end of the trading session on Tuesday, December 3, 2024 and do not require any additional actions.

Trading is therefore expected to continue normally on a price-adjusted basis from Wednesday, December 4, 2024.
