Notification of Update to the Order Execution and Best Execution Policy

Dear Clients,

We would like to inform you that we have reviewed and updated the following document, which forms part of the Operative Agreement for CFD trading:

Order Execution and Best Execution Policy.

The updated Policy reflects enhancements to the Company's execution arrangements and governance framework, including:

• additional information regarding the Company's Best Execution monitoring and execution quality assessment processes;
• enhanced disclosures regarding execution venues and liquidity provider oversight;
• clarification of execution factors and execution quality monitoring methodology;
• governance and monitoring enhancements implemented in line with applicable MiFID II requirements and industry best practices; and
• various clarifications, updates and administrative amendments throughout the Policy.

The updated Policy does not affect the nature of the investment services provided by the Company and has been implemented to ensure that the Company's execution arrangements remain transparent, effective and aligned with applicable regulatory requirements.

The amended Order Execution and Best Execution Policy is effective as of 12 June 2026 and is available on the Company's website.
