5-for-1 reverse stock splits for ProShares ETFs

Dear clients,

Please be advised that 5-for-1 reverse stock splits for ProShares Short QQQ (ticker PSQ.) and ProShares UltraShort QQQ (ticker QID.) ETFs are scheduled to take place at the end trading session on Tuesday, April 9, 2024. Trading on these symbols will therefore be set to "Close Only" mode by the end of the trading session on Monday, April 8, 2024.

In light of the above, please close all open positions and delete any pending orders before 20:00 UTC+2 on Tuesday, April 9, 2024. Any remaining orders and positions will be subsequently closed by the Company prior to the market opening on Wednesday, April 10, 2024.

Trading is therefore expected to continue normally on a price-adjusted basis from Wednesday, April 10, 2024.
