Updates to Conflict of Interest policy and Best Execution Policy

Please be informed that we have updated our Conflict-of-Interest Policy and Best Execution Policy, which is now named as ‘Order Execution and Best Execution Policy’.

The update will take effect starting Wednesday, 12 July, 2023 (“Effective Date”)

It is important that you thoroughly review and understand the contents of these policies to ensure a clear understanding of our practices and procedures.

By continuing to use our products and services from the Effective Date onwards, you are confirming that you have read and accepted the updated Conflict-of-Interest and Best Execution Policies, which form part of the Operative Agreement. The link to the updated Policies can be found here.
