Notification of Update to the Conflicts of Interest Policy

We would like to inform you that we have reviewed and updated the following document, which forms part of both the Operative Agreement for CFD trading and the General Terms of Business for Brokerage:

Conflicts of Interest Policy

The updated Conflicts of Interest Policy enters into effect as of 22 May 2026 and forms part of the Company’s Operative Agreement for CFD Trading, the General Terms of Business for Brokerage, and the Company’s regulatory framework.

Please note that the amendments were introduced to reflect recent regulatory developments, updates to the Company’s operational structure and internal governance arrangements, and to enhance clarity and transparency in relation to the identification and management of conflicts of interest. The amendments do not materially affect your rights or obligations.

By continuing to use our products and services from the Effective Date onwards, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the updated Policy.
