3-for-1 stock split of Schwab US Dividend Equity ETF (NYSE: SCHD)

Please be advised that a 3-for-1 stock split of SCHD (Schwab US Dividend Equity ETF (NYSE)) is scheduled to take place at the end trading session on Thursday, October 10, 2024. Trading on this symbol will therefore be set to "Close Only" mode by the end of the trading session on Thursday, October 10, 2024.

In light of the above, please delete any pending orders before the end of trading session on Thursday, October 10, 2024. Any remaining pending orders will be subsequently closed by the Company prior to the market opening on Friday, October 11, 2024. All existing positions will be automatically adjusted after the end of the trading session on Thursday, October 10, 2024 and do not require any additional actions.

Trading is therefore expected to continue normally on a price-adjusted basis from Friday, October 11, 2024.
