Please note the following:

• Top Markets Solutions Ltd operates exclusively through its official website: www.earn.eu.
• The Company does not operate any website under the domain topmarketssolutions.com, topmarketssolution.com or any similar domain names.
• The Company does not offer guaranteed returns or automated trading schemes.
• The Company does not request deposits or personal information via unsolicited telephone calls, WhatsApp messages, email, or similar channels.

We also note that the Italian financial markets authority (CONSOB) has taken regulatory action in relation to the website topmarketssolutions.com. In particular, CONSOB Resolution No. 23910 of 12 March 2026 ordered the cessation of the unauthorised provision of investment services carried out through that website.

Members of the public are advised to exercise caution and verify the authenticity of any communication claiming to originate from our Company.
