3-for-1 stock split of iShares Semiconductor ETF (NASDAQ: SOXX.)

Please be advised that a 3-for-1 stock split of iShares Semiconductor ETF (NASDAQ: SOXX.) is scheduled to take place at the end trading session on Wednesday, March 6, 2024. Trading on this symbol will therefore be set to "Close Only" mode by the end of the trading session on Wednesday, March 6, 2024.

In light of the above, please delete any pending orders before the end of trading session on Wednesday, March 6, 2024. Any remaining orders will be subsequently closed by the Company prior to the market opening on Thursday, March 7, 2024. All existing positions will be automatically adjusted after the end of the trading session on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 and do not require any additional actions.

Trading is therefore expected to continue normally on a price-adjusted basis from Thursday, March 7, 2024.
