Client Notification - Updates to Client Agreement

Dear clients,

Please be informed that we have updated our Client Agreement. The updates will take effect starting February 5th, 2024 (the “Effective Date”). Below you can find a summary of the changes made:

Section 10 has been further elaborated to provide clarifications regarding safeguarding clients’ assets.

Section 10A concerning Client money put into a qualifying money market fund (QMMF) has been added to the Client Agreement.

Section 16 has been further elaborated to provide clarifications regarding the client tax responsibilities.

Section 29 has been further elaborated to provide clarifications regarding  the legal age of the client.

By continuing to use our products and services from the Effective Date onwards, you are confirming that you have read and accepted the updated Client Agreement.
