Updates to Client Agreement

Dear Earn clients,

Please be informed that we have updated our Client Agreement. The updates will take effect starting September 19th, 2022 (the “Effective Date”). Below you can find a summary of the changes made:

• Section 2.5. concerning the right to cancel within the first fourteen (14) calendar days after the commencement date has been further amended defining that the Operative Agreement is an initial agreement for the provision of financial services followed by successive operations and/or a series of separate operations of the same nature performed over time, therefore the right to cancel shall apply only to the initial agreement.
• Section 2.5.1 provides the form of the Notice to cancel the Agreement.
• Section 2.5.2 provides all necessary information on how the notice to cancel the Agreement is to be sent to the Company. 

By continuing to use our products and services from the Effective Date onwards, you are confirming that you have read and accepted the updated Client Agreement. The link to the updated Agreement can be found here.
